Culinary Night Class

Culinary Night Classes run for 24 weeks, Monday thru Thursday from 5:30PM to 10:30PM.

Our culinary program includes in-depth training on knife skills, stocks, soup, sauces, meat production, basic baking, Servsafe Certification and proper food handling, catering and mass production skills, event and menu planning, and more. No prior culinary skills are required to apply!

To join the program you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be alcohol and substance free
  • Schedule an appointment with a staff member
  • Complete an application
