ServSafe

ServSafe is a Food Service Sanitation Course developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation to provide certification for Food Service employees.  Chef Elizabeth Sadi of Promise Culinary School staff is a certified ServSafe instructor.

Chef Elizabeth offers a one day training course which teaches ServSafe material and then concludes with the ServSafe exam.

The cost per session is $150.00 (includes lunch and refreshments) and training times vary. Please email her for additional information.
