Baking & Pastry Evening Course

The Baking and Pastry program runs approximately 22 weeks, Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (20 hours per week). Classes start in January and July of each year. Applicants seeking funding or early enrollment discounts are encouraged to register for school at least 3 months prior to their desired start date.

  • Cakes
  • Pies and Tarts
  • Egg custards
  • Cake decorations
  • Chocolate and candy making
  • Vegan, diabetic, & gluten free desserts
  • Catering and mass production
  • Event and menu planning
  • Food safety and ServSafe training and more…

Graduates will receive:

  • Certificate in Baking & Pastry Arts
  • ServSafe Managers Certification
  • A Life Skills Training Certificate
  • Life-time job assistance from Promise Culinary School

The cost of the program is $5,010.00

Tuition includes:

  • Full Chef’s uniform
  • Professional Baking & Pastry kit
  • Textbook
  • Equipment, apron and side-towel rental
  • All food used in daily production
